Duration: 10 Weeks
Stretching over a period of 2½ months, the 10 weeks – 10 kg Weight Gain programme targets muscle gain by way of concentrated exercises for different body parts. Designed for the underweight, this programme helps the novice exerciser and prospective ‘body builder’ learn the nuances that go into achieving healthy weight gain. Dietary plans that emphasize carbohydrate-protein-fat-micronutrient balances encourage the exerciser to develop lean mass as opposed to ungainly bulk.
Norbert’s triad of Muscle Building programmes have been designed for all those who wish to venture into the arena of ‘serious’ muscle building. The 3 levels of this programme guides you towards exercising at the right intensity so as to add healthy lean muscle mass. Guidance on eating appropriately and sufficiently, to complement your intense workouts, will be provided by way of constantly changing macro- and micro-nutrient balanced diet plans. Depending upon your level of entry as an exerciser, you can choose from the Beginner’s 12 weeks Muscle Building Programme, or the Intermediate 8 weeks Muscle Building Programme, or the Advanced 6 weeks Muscle Building Programme.
